Originally from the Catskill Mountains of New York, Ian developed a lifelong passion for the game in a region where golf is a way of life. A graduate of Coastal Carolina University, Ian has spent his career at some of the most prestigious corridors of the golf world, including the Monster Golf Club, Grossingers Resort, Standard Country Club, Country Club of Darien and a distinguished long-term tenure at Westchester Country Club.

Ian is a recognized leader in player development, specializing in high-level coaching, expert clubfitting, and the creation of innovative golf programs that elevate the member experience. His commitment to excellence has earned him premier industry honors, including National Clubfitter of the Year and the MET PGA Assistant Golf Professional of the Year.

While he is a dedicated student of the swing, Ian remains a formidable competitor in local and regional tournaments, ensuring his coaching is always rooted in the reality of competitive play. A proud local resident, he lives nearby with his wife and two children.
